US Federal Government: Accelerating digital transformation
I co-authored this report based on interviews with the CIOs of 12 of the largest US federal agencies, published as the presidential transition was getting under way.

As deputy director at the Government Digital Service, I led the development of the UK Government Transformation Strategy and the work to align departments behind it.

As head of business transformation, I led work to set out a clear future vision for DWP, the UK’s largest delivery department, and a practical plan to get there.

My early career was in telecoms and mobile, working on large, mission-critical systems and early digital channels for online sales and customer service.
